Shipping & Returns
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. We ship through USPS Priority Mail and they typically deliver in 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us that contains tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Orders for apparel are sent out on average within 5 – 7 business days of ordering. Estimated shipping delivery times: USA 3-5 business days; Canada 5-10 business days.
International shipping: International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Size: Our clothes are cut for a fashionable shape. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you are unsure about the appropriate size, we recommend you order the next size larger.
Please note that order fulfillment hours are between 10am-5pm (EST) M-F.
We are closed on all federally recognized holidays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.), please contact us so that we can make it right. We truly want to satisfy our customers and will always try our hardest to resolve any issue.
Please keep in mind that some products are handmade and 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately at with receipt or proof of purchase, along with photographic proof. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 48 hours of order delivery with a photo.
To complete any exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
